The villa " SANTA LUCIA " is a typical charming Provençal residence close to Grasse, known as the "world perfume center "

The villa is located inland, in the heart of the old medieval village of Saint Cézaire sur Siagne, clinging to the vertical cliffs in the Maritime Alps, at an altitude of 480m

The villa was built in the late 1950 's, by assembling two traditional dovecote, set on ancient Oliver terraces


The property on which the villa was built is family-owned since five generations

Clinging to the vertical cliffs and overlooking the canyons of the river Siagne, the panoramics views are stunning, from the Esterel to the Maritime Alps, via Saint Tropez's bay



The river Siagne is even accessible by foot from the residence

This villa benefits from the maximum sunning of the Riviera and the freshness heights of the countryside

The villa slepps up to 6/7 people (4 adults and 2/3 children)
